Tasting notes: Blanc de noir, clean and crystalline tones. It has a detachment of fine bubbles forming a crown. Very expressive aromas of white fruits. The nose is presented with good aromatic, very fresh and fruity intensity. Well-structured in the mouth, smooth and balanced.
Service and food pairing: Perfect for appetizers, salads, fish and all type of desserts. Serve well chilled from 5°C to 7°C (41°F to 45°F).
