Description
Description
The vineyard where these grapes are harvested is very special because it is located in our estate called Concejiles, where it is mixed with other fruit crops such as peaches, plums and nectarines. This location implies a global concept of biodiversity because the vineyard is surrounded by fruit trees and animals. Fermentation of the different grape varieties has been done together. Finally, a small amount of the grapes has been left to stand for two or three months in American oak barrels to obtain those fine wood nuances.
